Metal exchange between Mg(II)-octa-(4-bromоphenyl)tetraazaporphyrin with copper and cobalt chlorides in dimethylformamide was studied by spectrophotometry. Comparative analysis of the data on reaction rate constants of metal exchange and of octa-(4-bromоphenyl)tetraazaporphyrin complexation with the same salts in DMF was performed.
