The interaction of octaethyl- and octaphenyltetrapyrazinoporphyrazines with dimethylsulfoxide was investigated. The structure of proton transfer complexes has been defined. The complex formation of magnesium octaethyltetrapyrazinoporphyrazine was studied in pyridine. Kinetic parameters of the reaction are defined and the
assumptions of the reaction mechanism are given.
