NMR Study of Paramagnetic Properties and the Kinetics of Hydrolysis of the Dy-tris-tBu-DOTA-ester Complex

It was shown that Dy3+ complex with tri-tert-butyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclodecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid is subjected to irreversible stepwise hydrolysis with the final formation of the complex [Dy(DOTA)]- and the hydrolysis rate constants were determined. The temperature sensitivity of the paramagnetic chemical shifts of the signals corresponding to the initial complex and two intermediate hydrolysis products was estimated.
