Iron tetrakis(1,2,5-thiadiazolo)-porphyrazine (FeTTDPz) was used as n-type semiconductor in multilayered thinfilm
structures having planar junction with boron subphthalocyanine (SubPc) and their photovoltaic properties were tested.
